WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange held a press conference Thursday morning where he revealed the CIA lost control of its cyber weapons arsenal.
Assange explains that the CIA’s cyber weapons are “weaponized viruses, trojans, and malware designed to penetrate the smart phones, smart TVs, computer systems of the world and then control them and disable them, insert information into them, extract information from them.”
Assange calls their loss of control an “historic act of devastating incompetence.”
Assange went on to detail some of the methods the CIA is using:
The CIA and the FBI, along with other branches within the United States intelligence community, have become bloated and inefficient. There are also reports these agencies have been actively working against the American people.
In fact, FBI Director James Comey gave a speech on Wednesday declaring, “There is no such thing as absolute privacy in America; there is no place outside of Judicial reach.”
Probably the scariest thing he mentions is, “even our memories are not absolute private in America. Any of us can be compelled in appropriate circumstances to say what we remember, what we saw. Even our communications with our spouses, with our clergy members, with our attorneys are not absolutely private in America.”
If Comey’s speech wasn’t enough to see how corrupt the United States government has become, former head of the CIA and the NSA Michael Hayden confirmed there is a “permanent government” that does not care about the constitutional republic we live under.

Assange’s press conference follows the release of documents unveiling the extent of cyber weapons the CIA has at its disposal. This includes the ability to frame individuals for digital crimes by planting files on their computers. They can even hijack automobiles for vehicle assassinations.
In response, the CIA and FBI have opened a joint investigation regarding the information brought to light by WikiLeaks.
The CIA also issued a direct response regarding Assange’s press conference.

Who do you believe? The CIA, who provided false information and has embroiled our country in the longest war in our history? Or WikiLeaks and Julian Assange who have never had to retract a single story in their entire history?
