Happy Days

Everyone knows Happy Days, or at least the Fonz, due to the 255 episodes that still air to this day. The show, which originally aired from January 1974 to September 1984 on ABC, follows Richie Cunningham (played by Ron Howard) and his friends in Wisconsin.

Happy Days sparked several spin-offs, including Laverne and Shirley and Mork and Mindy (don’t worry, we’ll get to them).

What’s Ron Howard up to these days? You might recognize some of the films he’s directed, including “Apollo 13,” “A Beautiful Mind,” “The Da Vinci Code,” and the upcoming “Solo: A Star Wars Story.”
