Fox News host Tucker Carlson went off on the hosts of the ABC talk show “The View” on Thursday night after they attacked him for comments that he made on his show the previous evening. Unfortunately for the hosts of “The View,” Carlson came prepared to retaliate by hitting them with facts.
This all started on Wednesday when Carlson gave a monologue in which he lamented the decline of the middle-class family in this country, and he attributed this in part to the fact that women statistically don’t like marrying men who make less than they do. He added that there are less and less high-income opportunities for men these days thanks to the policies being put in place by liberal elites.
Needless to say, this set off the hosts of “The View,” most of whom are liberal feminists.

The Daily Caller reported that Carlson responded to “The View” hosts by pointing out that what he said was “factually true,” citing several studies to prove his point.
“All we did was tell the truth of what happened,” Carlson said. “Which we did because it actually matters, and that turned out to be too much for the people that believe it is their job to prevent you from knowing why your country is going down the tubes. Those people got very angry. Here is a selection.”
After playing a couple clips of criticisms he got from “The View” hosts like Joy Behar, who he described as a “loony toon,” Carlson pointed out that “No one contested the facts of what we said.”
“In fact, later in the show one of those same hosts admitted that, in fact, women do strongly prefer marrying men who make more than they do,” he added. “So it’s true but it is not on the list of approved talking points so it can’t ever be said out loud. Those are the rules and anyone who violates those rules must be punished.”
How typical of “The View,” and the rest of the mainstream media for that matter, to criticize statements made by a conservative personality like Carlson without coming armed with any facts to back up their point of view. Carlson could not have been more right when he said later in the clip that we will someday look back at this moment in history with “shame and horror.” Conservatives are constantly under attack from angry liberals who have no idea what they are talking about and only seem interested in dividing us even further.
